Our online consultations are designed to give you focused, professional design guidance tailored to your project. To ensure you get the most value from your one or two hour session, we ask that floor plans are shared in advance, along with any relevant information about how you would like to use the space, the scope of works, budget parameters and any key questions or challenges you would like us to address. This allows us to review everything ahead of the call and use the consultation time efficiently, concentrating on solutions, ideas and clear next steps.

Who will the consultation be with?
Consultations are held with both Ginny and Charlotte, ensuring you benefit from our combined expertise and perspective during your session.
How much does the online consultation cost?
The consultation is £300 for one hour or £500 for two hours. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment.
Do I need to do anything before my consultation?
To get the most out of the consultation please provide us with floor plans, a clear scope of work, details of your budget, location of the project, any inspiration images that you like and photographs of the space.
What will the online consultation cover?
Our online consultations offer tailored guidance across all aspects of interior design, shaped around your project and priorities. We can advise on spatial planning, furniture layouts and selection, paint colours and finishes, materials such as fabrics, tiling and timber, as well as kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, lighting design, window treatments and final styling. Where appropriate, we can also share trusted supplier recommendations.
What if none of the available times work for me?
If the available days or times do not work for you, please email styled@sixty3london.com and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
