The Sunday Six on Ginny: The Interior Edit

A little edit of what I’ve been enjoying, bookmarking and thinking about this week…

1. A 6.5m Alabaster Moment

We’ve just installed a bespoke 6.5m drop alabaster pendant in the entrance hall of our Surrey project and it’s every bit as beautiful as I’d hoped. The scale is dramatic, but because alabaster emits such a soft, warm glow, it still feels incredibly calming. One of those pieces that completely transforms how a space feels the moment you walk through the door.

2. Emma Grede x Bobbi Brown

If you haven’t listened to the Aspire podcast episode where Emma Grede interviews Bobbi Brown, then please do it now. I found it incredibly inspiring. Beyond the business success, what really resonated was Bobbi’s honesty about motherhood. She spoke about building her career around her children rather than the other way around and making sure she was there for the moments that mattered. A refreshing reminder that success doesn’t have to look one particular way.

3. Pink Marble Bathrooms

I’ve noticed a growing appreciation for warmer stones recently, and the Rosalina marble from Mandarin Stone is a firm favourite of mine. The soft blush tones feel unexpectedly timeless and add warmth without being overly feminine. We recently completed a teenager’s ensuite using this beautiful pink marble, and it brought such a fresh, sophisticated feel to the space.

4. The Summer I Turned Pretty

Very late to the party, but I’ve finally finished watching The Summer I Turned Pretty and completely understand the obsession. Easy viewing, beautiful coastal settings and exactly the sort of escapism I want at this time of year. I binged all season and finished it in under a month and might even start watching it again.

5. Korean Beauty

I’ve been slowly falling down the Korean skincare rabbit hole and my skin is thanking me for it. The standout has been COSRX Snail Mucin 96. Once you get over the fact that it’s essentially snail slime, it’s incredible. Not the most glamorous name, admittedly, but it’s brought so much hydration back into my skin and has become one of those products I immediately notice when I don’t use it.

6. My New Watch

I’ve swapped my Apple Watch for the Huawei GT 6 and I don’t think I’ll go back. The battery lasts well over a week, it tracks everything I need it to, and most importantly, it actually looks like a watch rather than a piece of tech strapped to my wrist. It’s currently on sale on Amazon too, which makes it even more tempting.
